A Palmer mattress is a work of
art. It is a product made by hand with loving care with excruciating
attention paid to the slightest detail. The first step is the
cutting & shaping of the innerspring coils. These coils have a
proprietary bonded coating which prevents rust. The measurement must
be exact, as the mattress must fit perfectly into the allotted
space. |

Then the inner padding is
carefully placed around the innerspring coils, meticulously fitted
by hand with a template. the template has the exact measurements ---
so there's no room for error. First one side of the mattress, then
the other. No machine fit which could leave lumps or spaces that
would create much discomfort while sleeping. This material is then
sealed to the innerspring . . . . . both top & bottom. It is
mesmerizing to watch the great care expended during this process. |

Now comes that wonderful
material that just molds itself to your body when you get into bed.
Please note that this padding is also specifically fitted to the
exacting dimensions of the mattress. The expertise & artistry of the
craftsmen who leaves nothing to chance. |

At last, a finished
product. The heavy insulator pads & flex-o-lator insulator-wire-grid are
surrounded in a rich, plush cotton quilting. Of course, the heavy density,
quality foam toppers are in place. As is the mold & mildew resistant bottom
material. The result is another outstanding Palmer Mattress. |
